Her greatest fame is her part in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air's sitcom Ashley Banks. At age four she began to sing and was soon able gain some fame when she asked her mom to take her to Sesame Street auditions. As a 6-year old she began her acting career on Sesame Street's children's educational television show. She continued to pursue her acting career in New York City with many productions that included Fences which was a Broadway production, and Orfeo del Campo, an off-Broadway production. At the age of seven, she appeared on Star Search and won twice and received a four-star rating after appearing two times.
